Free Bariatric Christmas Support

from Novara!

No one should need to go through this alone !

Christmas and the days around it can be one of the hardest times for people who are before or after bariatric surgery.

Food, family comments, expectations, guilt, emotions — it all tends to hit at once.

Because of that, I’m offering a series of 100% FREE holiday support calls.

This is only for support, no selling, no pitches, no pressure.

These are open Q&A support calls where:

  • Each session has a theme

  • I’ll start with a short talk on the topic

  • Then it’s open mic Q&A for anyone who wants to ask or share

  • You can also just listen if that feels safer

🕒 Time:
All calls start at 10:00 AM EST / 03:00 PM GMT (most calls are 45 minutes)
